consideration of my acceptance of this entry, I intend to be legally
bound, for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and hereby
waive and release Friends of Dottie’s House, all municipalities
along the routes, all volunteers associated with this event, and any
and all sponsors and their representatives, successors, and assignees
from any and all rights and claims for damages I may have arising out
of any injuries and illnesses suffered by me in the event, including
those which may be attributed to weather conditions. I attest and verify
that I will participate in this event as a walking or running entrant
that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the completion
of this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to any and all
of the foregoing to use my name and any photographs of me for any and
